Body confidence is also important to our overall well-being; it affects our self-esteem, our relationships, our physical health, and our outlook on life. It’s not easy to cultivate body confidence when you’re bombarded with images of “perfect” bodies in the media, but it is possible. In this article, we will discuss some tips and strategies for how to have body confidence and how to love your body.
