Moving on from an ex can be difficult, especially if you still have feelings for them. It is important to remember that moving on and having a happy life without them is possible. You can do many things to help you move on and begin to heal.

Taking time to grieve, surrounding yourself with supportive friends and family, and engaging in activities that boost your self-esteem can all help you move on from an ex.
