Erin Stark knows what it takes to build confidence through fitness. She is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who has helped many people reach their fitness goals. Her methods are based on the belief that physical and mental health go hand-in-hand. She emphasizes that confidence comes from within and that good nutrition and regular exercise are essential.

Erin believes that setting realistic goals is the most important thing you can do to increase your confidence. She advises you to start small and focus on achievable goals to boost your self-esteem. She encourages clients to focus on the journey and not the destination, as working towards something is often more rewarding than the result.

Erin also recommends keeping track of your progress. This can be done through journaling, goal-setting, and tracking your workouts. She suggests that setting short-term goals will help you stay motivated and set yourself up for success.

Finally, Erin believes that surrounding yourself with the right people is essential for building confidence. She emphasizes the importance of having a strong support system to help keep you focused and motivated. She also recommends finding supportive fitness communities that share your goals and values.

I firmly believe that the sexiest thing you can wear on your next date is confidence.
High-achieving single women have agendas & schedules for everything…including exercise. Instead of being in the moment for what exercise can offer you, we are constantly stuck in the cycle of outcomes. We will stop altogether when we do not achieve the desired outcome with exercise.
When we stop, we punish ourselves. When we punish ourselves, our confidence starts to diminish. This can trickle into all parts of our lives, including dating.

What is the solution to rebuilding your relationship with your body & exercise?
